Back Beams
BACK BEAMS
The beams prepared by the beaming frame to be used in the creel of the slasher sizing machine. Each beam will have about 500 threads, and from three or four to six or more will be used to make a weaver's beam. The length of yarn on a beam varies from 10,000 to 25,000 yards, according to the counts of yarn (see Slasher Sizing Machine)
